OPERATIONS MANAGER – SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the supply chain team (7 employes)
- Support team performance through guidance and clear communication
- Monitor and ensure execution of operational tasks with high precision
- Handle exceptions and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Maintain strong administrative control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure service quality
- Report key performance indicators and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership abilities
- Highly precise, organized, and administratively strong
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
