Omnichannel Payment Specialist

Our partner is one of the world’s largest sports retailers, dedicated to making sports accessible to everyone. 

Your new role 

You will take ownership of developing and harmonising payment solutions across physical and digital channels. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with banking and fintech partners, using data-driven insights to enhance both customer experience and transaction efficiency, and contributing to the creation of a future-ready payment ecosystem.

• Oversee and align payment processes across stores and digital platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Develop the overall payment strategy and drive its implementation in cooperation with legal, finance, and IT teams.
• Select and onboard credit and BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) partners, launch new payment products, and shape strategies for modern financing solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital gift cards across all channels.

What you'll need to succeed 

• 3–5 years of experience in a retail and/or digital environment with a solid understanding of omnichannel operations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance daily execution and long-term business impact.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to represent business interests towards partners and suppliers.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of payment solutions.
• Confident English skills; fluency in Hungarian is a strong advantage.
