Logistics Intern

Feladatok:

• Handling daily queries for logistics operation / incoming requests in the shared logistics inbox
• Carrier and warehouse errors / escalations
• Return processing in SAP, dispute investigation and closure
• Inbound, outbound and inventory management related activities
• Stock balance (reconciliation) handling
• General inquiries from clients
• Report creation requested on demand by line manager
• Help other specialists with routine tasks when needed
• Help with process improvement activities

Elvárások:

• Active or passive student status (at least one year finished)
• Advanced English knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Precision and focus when delivering tasks
• Experience in extra-curricular activities

Munkaidő:

• Flexible working hours on weekdays (between 9:00 - 17:00)
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week
