- Keep an eye on all orders and deliveries to catch and fix any issues as soon as possible, minimizing any negative impact from unexpected problems.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and third-party logistics providers, handling day-to-day transactions.
- Coordinate all shipping and delivery processes with local plant, warehouse, and carrier teams to make sure orders reach customers on time.
- Daily work and administration in SAP and Excel.
- Build and maintain relationships with different internal teams like sales, supply chain planning, and product management.
- Stick to the established process for escalating problems to managers and experts when there are delays in shipping or delivery.
- Handle exceptions and emergencies that arise during the transportation.
- Document and investigate complaints from both internal and external sources
- Suggest ways to improve processes, including investigating quality issues and coming up with solutions to prevent them in the future.
Elvárások / Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant logistics experience
- SAP knowedlge is a must have
- Fluent, negotiation level of English
- German knowledge is an advantage
- Strong, decisive personality
- Troubleshooting/problem solving skills
