- End-to-end order processing and customer service.
- Communicating on the phone and in email.
- Managing orders from reception to delivery, to guarantee customer contentment within the EMEA region.
- Managing a specified client base and maintaining positive connections with both external clients and internal partners on the B2B channel.
- Handling all client inquiries within the company, ensuring smooth collaboration across various departments.
- Actively overseeing ongoing orders and deliveries to prevent and immediately detect issues, minimizing the adverse effects of unforeseen disruptions.
- Analysing, recording and handling customer complaints.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Customer service, order management or any supply chain experience is an advantage, but not must
- Bachelor's degree
- Entrants, fresh grads and career changers are also welcome
- Fluent, negotiation level of German (C1)
- Fluent, communication level of English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills, assertivity
- Attention to detail, great in administration
- Great system-thinking
