Logistics Associate

Feladatok:

• Transport Organization: Receive weekly shipment plans and communicate them to freight forwarders
• Freight Management: Integrate freight units (based on sales orders and delivery documents) into freight orders in SAP TM
• Transport Execution: Manage communication during pickup, loading, transit, and unloading, in close cooperation with the Customer Service and Warehouse 3PL teams
• Invoice Validation: Review and validate transport invoices, resolve discrepancies
• Data Management: Handle integration issues and open tickets when necessary

Elvárások:

• Secondary education (high school diploma) required; a university degree or specialized logistics qualification is an advantage
• Experience in logistics or transport coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written business communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plu

Munkaidő:

• 40 hours per week, office-based work schedule
