We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our multinational client, a highly renowned global leader in the automotive industry. • Assist users with hardware and software issues in person, via e-mail, Teams chat, and ServiceNow;

• Troubleshoot problems with computers (Windows 11), peripherals (e.g., printers), mobile devices, and other technology products;

• Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, install/update software applications, and manage hardware upgrades;

• Manage network accounts and security group permissions (including Microsoft Azure administration);

• Administer the Dealer Portal and act as 2nd level support for dealer end-users Europe-wide;

• Monitor network performance, ensure network security, and resolve LAN/WAN issues working with the latest Cisco networking solutions;

• Conduct regular security audits and take steps to remediate vulnerabilities;

• Educate staff about proper use of IT resources and security best practices;

• You will have the freedom and opportunity to utilize the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to build your own automations, improve internal processes, and grow your technical skillset in practice.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration (Recent IT graduates are warmly welcome to apply!).
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian (used daily).
• Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Outlook), Microsoft Azure and ideally ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Highly proactive mindset.
• Team player with a strong customer-oriented attitude.
