Our partner, a world-leading global financial services institution, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Fund Accounting Analyst to join their dynamic Transaction Services team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on operational experience within the international banking sector.

Operations & Reconciliation: Perform daily data validation, fund valuations, and account reconciliation tasks.
Problem Solving: Identify transaction discrepancies early and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues for quick resolution.
Data Integrity: Maintain exceptional data accuracy across systems and internal documentation.
Stakeholder Liaison: Handle standard inquiries from internal teams, custodians, and third-party service providers.
Process & Compliance: Help the team meet operational targets (SLAs) while adhering to strict regulatory controls and risk management guidelines.

Elvárások / Requirements

Experience: 0–2 years in Fund Accounting, Transaction Services, or a Middle Office role (fresh graduates are welcome!).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Knowledge: Foundational understanding of financial markets and accounting principles is a strong plus.
Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and fluent English communication skills.
Mindset: A deadline-driven team player who learns quickly and adapts to dynamic environments.
