Your Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, applications, and databases
• Install, configure, test, and validate both hardware and software systems
• Monitor system performance and key parameters of hardware and software
• Handle daily operations and maintenance, including issue resolution, incident management, change control, and root cause analysis
• Evaluate and implement new requirements and solutions based on business needs
• Perform capacity management through routine checks, risk identification, and proactive taskforce actions
• Oversee inventory and procurement processes for IT equipment and software
• Collaborate with teams based in Headquarter to deploy system optimizations and improvement

Your Skills and Abilities: 

• academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in IT systems, ideally in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of system configuration as well as troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Proficient in common IT tools and software solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
