Italian-Speaking Vendor Management Specialist

A Vendor Management Specialist role is open at our client who is prestigious multinational company, operating in the 9th district in Budapest.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for assigned countries/clusters.
• Manage orders, inventory, and ensure timely availability of equipment and parts.
• Coordinate logistics and vendors for deliveries, returns, and installations.
• Monitor performance metrics (SLA/KPI) and drive corrective actions.
• Control costs and validate vendor invoices.
• Handle supply-related escalations and support country teams.
• Align processes and support new tools/product rollouts.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and simplification.
• Act as language and cultural bridge for effective communication.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have fluent English and Italian language knowledge
• You have minimum 4 years of experience in Order Management / Vendor Management / Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service (Communication with Enterprise level client) or in another related role
• You have strong communication and analytical skills
• You have an agile and eager to learn personality
