Italian-speaking Service Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or IT support.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Advanced, fluent Italian proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
