Feladatok / Tasks

Deliver IT support via phone, in-person, or online to internal users

Identify hardware/software requirements to resolve IT issues

Handle incident tickets in line with SLAs/KPIs, ensuring accurate documentation

Proactively use IT monitoring and management tools

Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and perform audits as needed

Comply with IT policies and procedures

Maintain shared IT assets and prepare reports when required.
