IT Operations trainee

Murzilli Consulting is an international consulting company operating in the fields of aviation, drone technology, and innovative mobility solutions. The company is present in multiple countries and supports its clients in regulatory, technological, and operational projects in a modern, international environment.

Feladatok:

• Coordinating day-to-day IT operational tasks, including system checks, updates, and user support
• Managing IT service requests and tracking their progress through ticketing systems
• Providing first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshooting technical problems and providing remote and in-person support
• Supporting user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware distribution
• Managing user accounts, access rights, and administrator permissions
• Maintaining IT documentation, inventories, user records, and knowledge base articles
• Deploying, configuring, and maintaining company software applications
• Supporting software troubleshooting and license management
• Ensuring IT tasks are carried out in line with company policies and best practices
• Acting as a liaison between users and technical teams
• Supporting innovative projects related to drone technology

Elvárások:

• Active or passive full-time student status in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, System Administration, or a related field for at least one more year, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support or IT operations
• Good knowledge of Linux, macOS, and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of user account management, administrator privileges, and basic system administration
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive, precise, and responsible working style
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• At least C1 level of English or native-level proficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a small, international startup environment
• Interest in cloud infrastructure and AI
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team

Munkaidő:

• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Office working schedule from Monday to Friday
