Your new role 

• Assessing and analysing business needs in payroll, social security, labour administration, and HR IT domains
• Defining and documenting system requirements
• Creating system designs
• Conducting analysis and planning related to legislative changes
• Liaising with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Planning and coordinating system integrations
• Data modelling and database design
• UX design
• Supporting and overseeing testing processes
• Preparing user documentation and delivering training sessions
• Providing professional consulting
• Product presentations
• Product training
• Speaking at professional conferences
• Delivering webinars and presentations
• Contributing to annual strategic development goals
• Implementing organisational strategic goals aligned with corporate strategy
• Conducting SWOT analysis of competing products
• Participating in ongoing professional and technological training

What you'll need to succeed 

• University degree in IT or related field
• SQL knowledge
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Precise and quality-focused work ethic
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Valid driving licence

What is nice to have:

• Practical experience in business modelling and planning
• Hands-on experience in payroll, labour administration, or HR
• Professional experience in developing HR systems
• Knowledge of ORACLE
• Familiarity with UML
