HSE Product Stewardship & REACH Expert with Reduced Work Capacity Status

Our partner is looking for an HSE Product Stewardship & REACH Expert with Reduced Work Capacity Status to join their international team.

Feladatok

Product Stewardship

  • Provide expert support on REACH, CLP, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Poison Centre Notifications (PCN), and global chemical regulations

  • Train Product Stewardship teams, Site REACH Coordinators, and HSE colleagues on regulatory topics

  • Review and classify hazardous substances and mixtures in compliance with international regulations

  • Create and review hazard classification sheets and labeling documentation

  • Assign Occupational Exposure Bands (OEB) and Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL)

  • Classify dangerous goods, storage classes, and water hazard classifications

  • Create and maintain Safety Data Sheets and regulatory documentation

  • Prepare Poison Centre Notifications and Classification & Labelling Inventory submissions

  • Develop regulatory communications and global compliance newsletters

REACH Compliance

  • Coordinate REACH compliance activities across multiple international sites

  • Organize and lead monthly REACH coordination meetings

  • Manage SIEF activities, registrations, reimbursement processes, and joint submissions

  • Collaborate with legal advisors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams

  • Ensure REACH inventories and documentation remain accurate and up to date

  • Prepare and submit REACH registration dossiers, Inquiry dossiers, PPORD submissions, and updates

  • Coordinate ECHA fee payments and monitor compliance across all sites

  • Develop and maintain REACH Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Act as the company's subject matter expert for global chemical compliance

Elvárások

  • Reduced Work Capacity Status

  • Master's degree in Environmental Toxicology or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in REACH, Safety Data Sheets, Product Stewardship, and Chemical Regulatory Compliance

  • Extensive knowledge of REACH implementation, SIEF management, registration dossiers, and chemical legislation

  • Experience leading regulatory affairs and chemical safety projects

  • Expert knowledge of global chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, TSCA, DSL, NDSL, and related regulations)

  • Experience with Dangerous Goods Regulations

  • Strong knowledge of environmental toxicology

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment

Salary: HUF 966 000 - 1 500 000
