HR Administrator (French-speaking)

What You’ll Be Doing
Join a friendly and dynamic HR support team where your main goal will be to help employees with their HR-related questions and ensure smooth internal processes. You’ll be working with colleagues from different countries and supporting various HR functions.
Your daily tasks will include:

  • Responding to employee queries via phone, email, and internal tools
  • Supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Assisting with HR systems and self-service tools
  • Managing administrative tasks related to HR services
  • Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Helping to maintain a positive employee experience


What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office tools
  • A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in HR – no prior HR experience needed!
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care
