Hardware Engineer

A Hardware Engineer – HW Validation Tools role is available at one of our world‑renowned multinational partners, a key contributor to automotive audio and electronic technologies. The organization provides a high‑level engineering environment with strong international exposure.
 As a Hardware Engineer, your main tasks are:

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into detailed test plans
• Coordinate and align test plans with internal departments and customers
• Design and execute validation tests for audio components (amplifiers, speakers)
• Plan and perform mechanical, environmental/climatic, and electrical tests
• Manage and coordinate external testing activities
• Support the commissioning of test equipment and participate in the design of new equipment and fixtures
• Optimize and continuously improve testing processes and measurement methods
• Prepare test summaries, interim reports, and final test reports, and present results to stakeholders
• Support plant and engineering projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in a similar validation or testing role
• Knowledge of electrical measurement and testing techniques
• Independent and structured working style with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High attention to precision and quality
• Presentation skills and solid PC user knowledge
• Working proficiency in English
