Our partner is an international service provider in the tech industry, currently looking for a German-speaking customer support agent in Budapest to join a project related to healthcare services.

Handle inbound calls in German

Support German-speaking patients with appointment scheduling, changes, or cancellations

Manage complaints and callback requests

Make outbound calls to schedule hearing tests

Accurately log all interactions in the internal system
Working hours:
Monday–Friday 8:00–18:00, Saturday 9:00–15:00 (based on shifts, mainly regular hours)
Elvárások / Requirements

You speak German at native or near-native level (C1–C2)

You’re a good communicator, especially with older clients

You remain calm, kind and respectful – even under pressure

You’re familiar with Google tools and comfortable learning new systems

You have customer service experience – or are eager to start building it
