German-speaking Catalogue Specialist

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a German-speaking Catalogue Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working setup.


Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain catalogue pricing, adapt to changes and requirements
  • Update catalogues (add, remove products), source for new items
  • Collaborate with internal departments and keep in contact with the client
  • Prepare accurate inventory reporting, handle inquiries


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in German and English
  • 0-2 years' experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Excel skills, basic knowledge about IT products
  • Proactivity, excellent organisation and communication skills
