Gas Grid Simulation Engineer (w/m/x)
Die AGGM Austrian Gas Grid Management AG sorgt als zentraler Koordinator dafür, dass die Gasversorgung in Österreich verlässlich, effizient und sicher funktioniert. Gleichzeitig treibt die AGGM den Ausbau der Gasinfrastruktur der Zukunft voran – mit klarem Fokus auf erneuerbare Gase wie Wasserstoff und Biomethan – wobei besonderer Wert auf eine nachhaltige Energiezukunft und die Unterstützung der klimafreundlichen Transformation gelegt wird.
Als Gas Grid Simulation Engineer tauchst du tief in die Welt der gaswirtschaftlichen Energiedaten ein. In einer spezialisierten Simulationsapplikation – eingebettet in ein umfassendes Energiedatenmanagement – sorgst du für zuverlässige, effiziente und nachvollziehbare Simulationen von Gasnetzen und bringst dich aktiv in Projekte mit Schwerpunkt Energiewende ein.
- Weiterentwicklung, Durchführung und Automatisierung von Gasnetzsimulationen basierend auf topologischen Daten, Messwerten und Schaltzuständen
- Prüfung und Interpretation der Ergebnisse sowie Berichterstattung für interne und externe Kunden
- Erweiterung der Anwendungsgebiete in technischer Hinsicht und auf Kundenebene
- Workflowprogrammierung, Schnittstellenanbindung und Datenmanagement
- Abstimmung mit Energiesystembetreibern
- Projektarbeit mit Schwerpunkt Energiewende
- Technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (FH/Uni/HTL)
- Erfahrung in der Gas- oder Energiebranche vorteilhaft – Berufseinsteiger sind aber ebenso willkommen
- Erfahrung oder Grundverständnis in Strömungsmechanik sowie physikalisches Basiswissen
