As an Inside Sales Specialist in the Budapest team, you’ll drive profitable sales growth, deliver top-tier customer service from quote to cash, and collaborate across international borders to elevate our IT infrastructure services.

• Customer Care & Order Processing: Handle customer inquiries promptly, process quote requests, and convert sales orders according to strict specifications and requirements.

• Commercial Management: Make informed pricing and margin decisions, verifying purchase order details with sources of supply.

• SLA & Delivery Oversight: Monitor service reviews and reporting to ensure deliveries meet customer SLAs, and process customer returns and credits efficiently.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Purchasing on non-standard orders and work alongside stakeholders to resolve order blocks related to margins, credit limits, or export controls.

• Stock & Inventory Optimization: Oversee customer stock levels by collaborating with Purchasing, Configuration, and Logistics teams.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify, propose, and implement operational process improvements.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Previous background in an internal sales, quote management, or order processing role.

• Fluency in both French and English.

• Strong understanding of standard business processes, margins, and customer-first service excellence.
