Are you fluent in French and English with a background in finance or accounting? Join our partner in Budapest as a French spaking financial accountat to manage end-to-end AR processes for global clients within a stable, market-leading technology and business services provider!

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable tasks including billing, invoice creation, and customer account reconciliations
• Execute cash collection activities and follow up on outstanding payments in French
• Prepare journal entries and post financial transaction data into SAP
• Resolve customer and third-party inquiries promptly and accurately
• Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to prevent processing errors
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update process manuals as needed
• Support ad-hoc client requests within agreed operational frameworks

Elvárások / Requirements

• Fluent command of both French and English in written and spoken communication
• Proven background in Billing, Cash Collections, or Accounts Receivable
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage complex data and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
