Solve technical problems, collaborating with Level 2 specialists for complex cases.

Manage customer data in compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring a high standard of service.

Perform effective follow-up to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate continuously with the team, customers, and partners.
Elvárások

C1 level French and at least B2 level confident English language skills.

Native level Hungarian knowledge

At least a high school diploma (college/university degree preferred).

Customer-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Confident knowledge of MS Office suite.
