French/German-speaking Expense Coordinator

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French or German-speaking Expense Coordinator in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:

  • Process employee expense claims
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, check data accuracy, identify errors in invoices and receipts
  • Perform currency conversions and cost centre allocation
  • Collaborate with internal financial teams daily


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in English and French/German
  • 1 year experience in financial role
  • Multitasking and analytical mindset
