We are looking for a Finnish Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA payroll team in Budapest. This is a great opportunity to take on end-to-end payroll responsibilities for international entities, with the potential to work with other countries over time. End-to-end payroll management: You'll be responsible for collating and calculating payroll input, and working closely with our payroll vendor to ensure all payments (employee, third party, and statutory) are processed efficiently and on time.
Reporting and compliance: You'll deliver timely payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders and ensure all tax year-end reports are in accordance with country legislation.
Problem-solving: Provide first-line support for all payroll and tax-related queries from colleagues, offering an excellent customer experience.
Process improvement: Identify and implement ways to make our processes better within your assigned countries and beyond.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth payroll delivery, and support internal and external audits.

Elvárások / Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, or some payroll and accounts payable experience.
Fluent in Finnish (at least at a communicative level) and English (strong proficiency is essential).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially strong Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and Look Up functions).
