• Oversee accounting and controlling activities for the Central Europe region

• Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports

• Perform variance analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and provide accurate financial projections

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance

• Coordinate and support annual external audits

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders across the UK, Germany, and other European locations

• Act as a key financial advisor to the Finance Director, providing insights and recommendations

• Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and external partners

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial controlling

• Audit experience is highly preferred

• Experience in a multinational and multi-currency environment

• Fluent English with strong communication skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Experience with accounting software (BMD is an advantage)

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Ability to manage complex financial systems across multiple countries

• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement

• Strong stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
