What tasks await you?

• Accurately register and process invoices in the system;
• Ensure invoices are complete and comply with company policies;
• Support the finance team in reconciling records and resolving discrepancies;
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation;
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as needed;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Your have on-going BSc or MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business;
• Fluent in Chinese and English or Hungarian;
• Commitment to work at least 30-40 hours per week in Debrecen is OK for you;
• MS Office, especially Excel knowledge and Outlook is familiar to you;
• You have a precise and punctual working attitude, ability to multitask.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Previous work experience.
