
Field Service Engineer – EMEA (Self‑Employed)
- Install, commission, and service complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on site
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with technical documentation, quality standards, and project requirements
- Supervise local technicians and subcontractors during on‑site activities
- Coordinate different technical disciplines during installation and commissioning phases
- Perform system checks, identify missing or damaged components, and support issue resolution
- Provide on‑site technical support and independent troubleshooting
- Train customer staff on system operation and basic maintenance
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and customers
- Prepare accurate technical, commissioning, and handover documentation
- Report technical findings and improvement opportunities to the central service organization
- Follow all safety regulations and site‑specific compliance requirements
Elvárások / Requirements
- Technical degree or certification (e.g. electromechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar)
- Proven experience in field service, installation, or project supervision
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Confident English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work independently in an international, multicultural environment
- Customer‑oriented, reliable, and solution‑driven mindset
- High level of professionalism and flexibility
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
- Self‑employed / independent contractor status
