Our business partner is looking for a Team Leader colleague for their After-Sales Technical Support Specialist team.
If you posses leadership experience and have coordinated a team before in a field related to Customer service or Technical Support this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for team inquiries, escalating complex issues and resolving customer complaints.

  • Lead and facilitate team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned and communication remains open and effective.

  • Actively mentor and guide team members, monitoring performance and identifying skill gaps to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Develop and deliver targeted training to ensure the team is fully knowledgeable on departmental procedures and standards.

  • Improve processes by listening to feedback from both your team and customers and implementing positive changes.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Customer Service field and in team management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
