Now we’re looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to shape how talent experiences our brand – from university classrooms to flagship events.
What you’ll do

• Bring our employer brand and EVP to life through engaging campaigns and events
• Plan and deliver internal and external events (online, onsite, hybrid)
• Build strong university partnerships and Academic Interface Programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, and vendors across Eastern Europe
• Track impact, manage budgets, and ensure GDPR‑compliant execution

What we’re looking for

• Experience in employer branding, HR marketing, events, or communications
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• A creative mindset with a structured, hands‑on approach
• Fluent English speaking
