Your role
Develop and maintain the in-house Linux distribution for our test and measurement products
Manage the deployment, configuration and long-term maintenance of the Linux distribution
Specify, design and implement software components and system functions in C and C++
Test, document and maintain the software you develop
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, technologies and development methods
Keep your technical knowledge up to date and share it with your colleagues
Shape and enhance our development processes
What makes you a great fit
A degree or comparable technical education in information technology, communications engineering or a related field
At least five years of professional experience developing software components or systems in C and C++ on Linux
Practical experience in embedded systems development, including Linux kernel and/or driver development
Practical experience with networking, real-time Linux, embedded hardware, cross-compilation and toolchains
A structured and solution-oriented approach to software development
Enjoyment of teamwork combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
