Your new role 

Our partner is looking for a visionary Digital Experience Lead to drive user experience and interface design across all digital platforms. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with SaaS and customized portal solutions. The Digital Experience Lead will be pivotal in shaping the future of digital products, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research and Insights:
    Conduct research to understand users and clients, identifying pain points and opportunities to inform the product roadmap.
  • Design Oversight and Execution:
    Lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop a Scalable Design System:
    Create and evolve the design system to ensure brand and UX consistency across all user touchpoints.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Champion User-Centered Design:
    Advocate for design thinking principles across the organization, influencing stakeholders to prioritize customer empathy and usability.
  • Monitor and Optimize Post-Launch:
    Use analytics, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously refine design solutions post-launch.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new methods to push design boundaries and enhance team efficiency.


What you'll need to succeed 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in UX or digital experience design, focusing on customer-facing digital products and end-to-end design processes.
  • High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile/Kanban methodologies.
  • Preferred experience in interactive agencies or consulting.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, design sprints, and usability tests.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing successful customer experience projects.
  • Mastery of design tools and a solid understanding of web and mobile app design standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a passion for tackling complex design challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
