Diákmunka - Supplier Master Data Intern

We are looking for Supplier Master Data Intern to join our team in Budapest!

PRIMARY FUNCTION
This position is part of the OS organization supporting suppliers providing goods or services to the company. As the company adds new supplier to their supply base, this group will support bringing them onto the supplier network, following up with them as needed. This group will also support the maintenance of existing supplier information within the company.

•Send Ariba registration invites to existing suppliers.
•Assist suppliers with registration via phone and email.
•Guide them through onboarding steps.
•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve registration issues.
•Follow up promptly to ensure completion.
•Promote Ariba self-service for easier data management and smoother cooperation.

•Ongoing collage/university studies preferably on the field of economics/logistics
•Willingness to work at least 20 hours/week (flexible, home office is available) – We can give a certificate for last semester’s mandatory internship if requested
•Communication skills – clear, polite, and confident in English (especially over the phone).
•Learning agility – ability to quickly understand new systems (like Ariba).
•Problem-solving mindset – willing to investigate and find solutions.
•Proactiveness – taking initiative to follow up with suppliers.
•Team player – works well with colleagues and asks for help when needed.
•Attention to detail – ensuring data and steps are accurate.
•Customer orientation – patient and supportive when dealing with suppliers
•French or German language knowledge is a plus
