•Excel database reading and creation, basic analyzation
•Dedicated website usage for claim follow-up, understanding the reason of claim, and partial fulfillment.
•Very basic logistics understanding, to know the steps how goods leaving our warehouse (WH)
•Camera system handling, recognizing mistakes found in excel databases, collect and archive camera footages.
•Physical reviews of materials/claims (not usual, but could happen) in WH.
•Analyze the primary causes of picking defects and report it in follow up tools.
•Give regular feedback within the organization (CCC, Transport team and Back-Office) to prevent claims if possible.
•Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch quality flash/trainings to prevent them.
•Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update (PCP, FMEA, …)
•Scope is on physical processes, but also order management and transport.
•Camera system investigation – the trainee will get the necessary training.

•Fluent in English
•MS office (excel, Outlook, PP)
•Communication skills
•8D, Kaizen, FMEA, SAP and MANH knowledge or experience would be considered as advantage.
