TAKKT is a leading B2B specialist for business equipment across Europe and North America. We’re on an exciting transformation journey—and we’ve just launched the TAKKT TCC (Transformation & Collaboration Center), our new hub for innovation, agility, and digital excellence.
As we grow dynamically, we’re looking for a passionate IT Intern to help us build a stable and efficient technical environment that supports the teams shaping the future of B2B commerce.

What You’ll Do
As part of our local IT team, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our colleagues have the right tools to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:
•IT Equipment Setup: Installing and configuring workstations (laptops, monitors, peripherals) for new joiners and existing employees.
•IT Equipment Maintenance: Performing regular checks, updates, and troubleshooting on hardware and software to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Basic IT Support: Providing Level 1 support to colleagues, resolving common issues (e.g., Windows 11, Office 365, connectivity) and escalating complex cases.
•Administrative Tasks: Managing the IT asset inventory, tracking equipment distribution, and keeping documentation up to date.
•Office Operations & Purchasing: Supporting ad-hoc office operational needs and assisting with IT-related purchasing tasks (ordering peripherals, cables, etc.).
•Meeting Room Support: Assisting with the setup of video conferencing technology to ensure seamless hybrid meetings.

What You Bring
•Ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, System Administration, or a related field.
•Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
•A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a passion for technology and problem-solving.
•Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office 365.
•Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially regarding hardware inventory.
•You can work 20-30hrs per week.
