Main Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to customers
- Manage high priority incidents and escalate unsolved cases
- Perform incident trend analysis
- Record cases in databases
- Communicate and coordinate with other teams
Requirements:
- Communicational English and Czech language knowledge
- Experience in IT Support
- Stakeholder management experience
- Proactive, hard – working personality
