Czech/Slovakian-speaking Customer Service Representative

Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for a Czech/Slovakian-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working in Budapest.

Responsibilities:

  • Be in contact with vendors and customers via chat and email

  • Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers

  • Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams

  • Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech/Slovakian and English languages

  • Customer service experience is an advantage

  • Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
