Customs Leader

Customs Operation Expert
We are seeking a skilled Customs Operation Expert to join our team in Gyál. This role involves leading daily customs operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and managing a team of customs professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily customs clearance activities.
• Evaluate and develop the performance of team members.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and implement changes as needed.
• Monitor and verify customs duties and payments, coordinating with accounting.
• Collaborate with internal programs to manage export-import tasks and prioritize needs.
• Actively participate in audits and represent the company in front of customs authorities.
• Provide business support for projects and represent the customs department.
• Develop and implement corrective actions and action plans.
• Prepare KPI reports, statistics, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree and advanced customs qualification.
• 8-10 years of experience in customs operations, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in English at a negotiation level.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• High-level leadership and organizational skills.
