Feladatok:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses
- Deliver day-to-day customer service tasks in line with agreed service levels
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up on pending issues with sales and customers to ensure resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Support process efficiency by working with standard systems and tools
- Manage expectations in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Leverage your understanding of end-to-end customer processes to improve service accuracy
- Ensure all interactions reflect a professional and empathetic approach
Elvárások:
- Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree
- Confident English skills (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken)
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a related field
