CRM IT Consultant

As an IT Consultant, you will:

• Actively guide clients towards adopting the company and industry-leading practices.
• Understand complex business workflows and convert them into technical specifications, making necessary system adjustments.
• Implement new product functionalities, ensure smooth integration, and resolve system problems.
• Create and present training materials, conduct training sessions, and generate analytical reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction

What you will need to succeed:

• 2+ years of experience in implementing, supporting and configuring software development solutions.
• Experience in a client-facing/customer consulting role.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Eager to learn attitude.
• Technical CRM/ERP expertise (Nice to Have).
• Master Data Management knowledge (Nice to Have).
