We are looking for a Controlling Manager for the Hungarian subsidiary of our international partner. The manager will be responsible for coordinating a small team of controllers and making sure that reports and analysis task are done accurately and within the deadline.

• Leading a small team of controllers
• Acting as a Business Partner towards international partners
• Task distribution, deadline management, professional mentorship of team members
• Cost/Benefit analysis and cost management tasks
• Supporting the financial planning, business planning, forecasting and budgeting process
• Participating and supporting process improvement, automation and system implementation projects
• Keeping close contact with internal and international departments within the company

Elvárások / Requirements

• Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting or other relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of corporate controlling
• At least 2 years of experience in a manager or leadership role
• Positive, can do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• At least intermediate German
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player
• Experience with MS Office programs and ERP systems (preferably SAP or S/4 HANA)
• PowerBI / Tableau experience is a plus
