Controlling & Finance Lead

We are looking for an executive who represents strategic financial leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring reliable reporting, disciplined financial management, and meaningful business support. The position is a member of the site management team and reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Feladatok

• Full accountability for financial management, controlling, and management reporting

• Delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with executive-level commentary

• Leadership, performance management, and development of the finance team

• Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization

• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes

• Continuous enhancement of finance processes, controls, and governance standards

• End-to-end financial ownership of costing methodologies and pricing models, margin validation and commercial profitability analysis

• Key role in ERP implementation and finance systems transformation

Elvárások

• 6-8 years of experience as Controlling/Financial Manager or similar level

• Experience in multinational company

• Experience in a manufacturing company is a must

• Expertise as a Controller aquired during the career

• Advanced Excel-based financial modelling

• Structured thinking with pragmatic execution

• Confident communication with non-financial stakeholders
