As a Contract Specialist, you will:

• Manage the renewal process for service agreements with small and medium-sized clients.
• Act as the main contact for contract-related questions and updates.
• Prepare and process renewal documents and service changes.
• Maintain accurate contract data in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract and billing issues.
• Provide regular updates on renewal status and risks.
  
  

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract management / client operations or related field. 
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
