Client Services Intern

Feladatok:

• Act as part of the Client Experience team in a client-facing role
• Daily communication with clients on contract renewals, change management, invoicing, reporting, and investment servicing
• Support administrative tasks and assist with recurring activities such as reporting and process documentation
• Contribute to ongoing projects, including reviewing data sheets and setting up documentation
• Gradually take on more complex responsibilities, including account opening and change management requests

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Any academic background; work experience in finance not required
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.), comfortable working with data
• A strong interest in investments and related financial topics
• A passion for serving clients by being responsive and empathetic
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and understand basic contract language

Munkaidő:

• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule
• One-year opportunity with the possibility of extension
