Client Relationship Manager

In this role, you will not only support the background processes of clients’ investments but also take part in active client‑facing responsibilities, working closely with both clients and internal partners to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the post‑sales client lifecycle, including account openings, contract administration, invoicing assistance, and reporting support.
• Engaging directly with clients, handling their queries, clarifying requests, and ensuring timely, high‑quality responses.
• Supporting investment services by assisting with trades and supplying fund‑related information.
• Participating in operational enhancement initiatives such as data cleanup, report automation, or process optimisation.
• Performing administrative tasks, including process documentation and recurring internal activities.

What you need to succeed:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of English is required, and proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic) is considered a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to handle client‑facing interactions.
• Problem‑solving abilities and a fast learning attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
