We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Buying Specialist to join our partner’s fast-growing team. In this role, you won't just follow processes-you’ll be the critical link connecting international teams and driving high-impact product lifecycles across global markets. support the Buying Manager in overseeing the full product life cycle for assigned categories, ensuring operational excellence.
act as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and international suppliers.
coordinate the flow of information across global teams.
manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
utilize advanced spreadsheet and database management skills to track product data, resolve vendor issues, and generate reports.
identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardizing operating procedures to increase team efficiency.
navigate diverse business scenarios with the ability to apply correct rules and logic to each unique situation.
provide administrative support and documentation management within a fast-paced environment.

Elvárások / Requirements

bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, retail, or consumer-packaged goods (CPG/FMCG).
fully proficient in the English language (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
technical mastery of Microsoft Office.
exceptional attention to detail and a proven problem-solving ability.
knowledge of SAP, S4 Hana, or Ariba is considered as a big plus
