Feladat: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As a Buyer Intern, you will manage Purchase Orders and Order Confirmations in the ERP system. You will be responsible for material availability supporting a team of Operational Buyers.

Your Key Deliverables:

• Continuous support of a team of Operational Buyers
• Manage order confirmation from Suppliers
• Mass data upload to ERP system
• Investigate and resolve reasons of block invoices
• Collaborate with suppliers

Feltétel:

• Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel functions
• Experienced user for MS Office
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong attention to details, strong analytical skills
• Proactivity and reliability

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle..etc)
• You have previous experience in a multinational environment
