They are currently looking for a Benefits Specialist who will manage and administer German employee benefits programs and provide hands-on support for employees with benefits-related questions. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working in a structured, multinational HR environment.

  • Administer German benefit programs (e.g. pension, medical, leave of absence)

  • Guide employees through enrolment, changes, or claims issues

  • Ensure legal compliance, documentation, and accurate reporting

  • Coordinate with providers, brokers, and government bodies

  • Support system upgrades, open enrolment, and benefit-related projects

  • Occasionally support other EMEA countries

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Fluent/native German and strong English skills

  • Experience in benefits administration (German legislation is a plus)

  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills

  • Good with MS Office; SAP/Employee Central/Power BI is a plus

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
