They are currently looking for a Benefits Specialist who will manage and administer German employee benefits programs and provide hands-on support for employees with benefits-related questions. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working in a structured, multinational HR environment.

Administer German benefit programs (e.g. pension, medical, leave of absence)

Guide employees through enrolment, changes, or claims issues

Ensure legal compliance, documentation, and accurate reporting

Coordinate with providers, brokers, and government bodies

Support system upgrades, open enrolment, and benefit-related projects

Occasionally support other EMEA countries
Elvárások / Requirements

Fluent/native German and strong English skills

Experience in benefits administration (German legislation is a plus)

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills

Good with MS Office; SAP/Employee Central/Power BI is a plus
