Audit Manager

Our partner company are a market-leading mid-tier audit firm with a team of 40 professionals, proudly affiliated with a prestigious international network. They serve a broad portfolio of domestic and international clients across various industries. They are now looking for an experienced Audit Manager to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on the quality and growth of our practice.

Feladatok:

• Full end-to-end management of audit engagements and client portfolio, including quality oversight and regular reporting to the Partner
• Building and maintaining proactive, strategic client relationships
• Continuously developing, motivating and evaluating team members
• Coordinating administrative tasks related to engagements (databases, contracts, correspondence)
• Contributing to internal non-audit and firm development projects

Elvárások:

• 4–7 years of audit experience
• CPA (registered auditor) or ACCA qualification
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Team leadership experience
• Strong IFRS knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
• Deadline-driven, detail-oriented approach
• Confident use of audit software and tools

Munkaidő:

• Office-based work schedule from Monday to Friday (8:30-17:00)
• Remote work options (1-2 days a week)
