Description
- Provide high-level (2nd and 3rd level) support and maintenance for a mainframe-based application, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Manage incidents, change requests, and maintain system performance and stability in collaboration with the maintenance team.
- Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement long-term solutions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Senior experience in mainframe environments, particularly in application maintenance and operational support.
- Strong ticket handling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in the German language for daily communication and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong track record in 2nd and 3rd level operational support roles.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
